Damaged Lindt Goods

I purchased the Lindt special from Clicks (buy 3 and pay for 2) during the last festive promotion. These were given as gifts to family. I was embarrassed to hear that the chocolates were "old". In two of the boxes, the chocolates were melted and chocolates had eewy sugary bits.

Very embarrassed and disappointed
