Quick replacement of Lindt chocolates

I bought some Lindt dark chocolate Lindor (the finest chocolates available to mankind) at Checkers in Kloof Street in May. Alas, they had suffered heat damage and were whitish with crumbly texture, so still good but not outstanding. They were also past their sell-by date - Checkers is not allowed to sell them at full price like this, obviously. I emailed Lindt from their international website and they responded quickly from the Cape Town office, offering to deliver a replacement to my house the next day. I said I would not be there, so opted to collect from their store in Cape Quarter. As promised, the replacement was there (plus some extras!), no questions asked. The emails and Lindt staff were friendly and efficient. Well done to them!
