Devious marketing and selling old chocolates

This complaint has three parts. I needed to buy some chocolates before work one morning. (1) I checked the opening times of Checkers Kloof Street on my cellphone, but the mobile site said it could only identify my location if I entered my cell number, whereafter it would sms me the details I require. This was clearly rubbish. The sms number has nothing to do with your location, and the website could display the details. They clearly want the number to send unsolicited spam or to sell to other companies. so (2) I went to my PC to check the opening times - the website said 8am Mon-Fri. I rocked up at 8am on Tuesday morning, the shop was closed, sign on door saying they only open at 9am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So, inaccurate, sloppy website, which wasted my time. (3) I returned at 9am to buy a box of Lindt Lindor chocolates. Opening the chocolates that evening, I saw they were heat damaged, white and crusty and crumbly. (These are usually very fine chocolates.) Also, they were past their sell-by date - but on the shelf at full price.

Come on Checkers! One -up may be forgiven, but three in one day? And why sell old chocolates at full price? (Lindt have replaced them, BTW.)
