Rotten products and goods with worms sold

I purchased a Jumbo soup mix from Shoprit on Saturday. When I got home and wanted to cook it I found white worms in the soup mix. How can a dry product have worms that look like maggots? I have complained so many times to the store managers about the quality of their goods. The dried products e.g. lentils always have weevils. When I told them at the store that there are weevils in the products and that they should remove the products the manger just looked at me. I have complained to the veg department as they keep packing rotting veggies for us to purchase. The chicken fridge never works and the chicken sits there rotting and bleeding all over the fridge. On Saturday another lady asked the staff in the butchery to clean their products as they were full of blood. They did nothing. This shop is filthy and no matter how many times one complains nothing happens.
