Pathetic products, worse service

I purchased a rower from Mr Price Sport in November 2012. After less than 2 months it started giving me trouble. I reported the problem numerous times, and eventually had to email the head office to get any response. The area manager was very helpful and organized that it be replaced. The store manager (Francois) then told me they were going to repair it, not replace it. After phoning the area manager again (he was very helpful) I got my new rower. I got home, and assembled it (very simple). Two rows and it started making the same funny noises. I do not know where Mr Price get their products from, but I am tired of the headache the bad quality service and machinery they offer have caused. I do not want it replaced, rather refunded, so I can buy a quality, non Fong-Kong rowing machine from a supplier that cares about what they sell, and to whom. I will never buy from them again!
