Don't bother ordering anything from this store - they will make you wait 4 months, order the WRONG ITEM and then BLAME THE CUSTOMER for the mistake. Then they will turn around and say that "Head Office" is now preventing them form ordering the item because 'it may or may not fit'... WHERE WAS THIS 'POLICY FOUR MONTHS AGO WHEN WE ORDERED THE ITEM?!

And of course the staff member who took the original order will say that they warned the customer that the item cannot be ordered and that it will never fit... funny, neither my wife nor I can recollect this, but the confusion on the face of the staff member, that we both remember vividly!

Fossil - train your staff and store management, they are doing your brand serious harm! All we wanted was a leather FOSSIL watch strap for a straight forward FOSSIL watch... how can this be so difficult?!

PS: When you phone the S. KEREN WATCH GROUP on 27 (0) 21 418 0045 and speak to Winston, he 'puts you through to his supervisor' and promptly cuts you off... then when you phone back, no one answers the phone and you get a voice prompt telling you that office hours are between 8am and 5pm... it was 16:55...
