My husband bought me a Fossil for my birthday 2 years ago. The strap of the watch's gold started coming down and it looked very bad when I wear it. I contact the customer service department of Fossil and Manie contact me. I have send the watch and the email back to him, where all the gold parts on the watch, were replaced. I just want to thank Fossil and Manie for excellent service.
