3 1/2 months still waiting

Ugh!! where do i start. In th begingging of Jan i orderd a dvd and till today i dont know anything. I phone then no one cant find my order, and when i go in they cant tell me anything. i paid a deposit for the dvd and its like you pay and dont recieve anything or HEAR anything about your order. it just takes 5min to pick up the phone and tell me whats going on its not that hard. today i phoned and they cant find my order at all! i have to say being the bigest music store in SA they take their sweet time.
