Good day, I phoned Pick & Pay yesterday to order a platter, unfortunately the lady who makes the platter wasn't there, the remaining staff could not give me a price in the first place or could not take my order for something we want for the next day (so that we order in advance) later we spoke to the manager for a price but still we could not make a order. While on the phone we could hear the staff and manager complaining about the order we want to make. Today (Sunday) we phoned again to speak to the lady who make the platters to make the order and to get the correct price, the manager said the Price is R160, I asked if we can take something off the platter our budget for the platter is only R150, again in the background I could hear the Manager with a attitude. I really find that this is a unacceptable way to treat customers, and remember to rather keep your mouth shut while the customer is waiting on the phone
