I booked online and my order was confirmed to have arrived at the store on the 9th of January 2014. I went to the store on the 11th of Janury, gave the store operator all the documets, she went for 30minutes, she came back and told me that my order is not at the store, i called the call centre and spoke to Tarusha, she tried calling the store but they didnt answer, she also confirmed that my order was delivered at the store. I told her its ok i will go back on Monday as i had other things to do. Today i took my time and went to Westgate again, they still informed that my order was not at their store. They wasted my time, it could have been better is they had made n effort to call and find. I feel this is ridiculous, as i had taken my time to go to westgate and collect and had to go back again today. I still dont have my order and i dont know whether to use Mr Price anymore if they have such ridiculous service. I am a customer and am willing to pay for my order but what do i do when i get such POOR service?
