Went in on 21st February to upgrade to an iphone 5. NO IPHONES in stock.
So i order a iphone and give all my detail and ask how long will it take before i can collect the phone. they responded Wednesday the 27th the phone will be here. I said no problem and they also responded we will phone you the 27th to remind you to pick up the phone. The 27th comes and no response or calls from mtn on the 27th. In the afternoon about 16:30 i go to the mtn store and ask for my phone. No sorry no phone we will have it in 2 weeks. So why the #&%^ do i order a phone if you know its not going to be here. Why do i waste my time petrol and money on a company which can not deliver a service the said they will have. I have been with mtn for almost 6 years and very discussed.

JUST SO YOU KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE A BUSINESS AND YOU SAY YOUR STUFF WILL BE HERE BY THEN MAKE SURE IT IS. IF YOU KNOW YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEN DONT GIVE THE CLIENT A DATE OR STAND INFRONT OF THEM PHONE YOUR SUPPLIER AND SAY IF I ORDER TODAY WHEN WILL IT BE HERE... STOP LYING TO CLIENTS AND DONT EVEN WRITE BACK I CAN ORDER ONLINE BECAUSE YOU CAN GO TAKE A . I DID ORDER IT AND NO SERVICE... BAD BAD BAD
