Im utterly disgusted with the service i have received from woolworths head offices, i collected my cerdit card from W/ fourways on 07/04/2013 and i was on the phone with an agent for activating the card. so the agent that i spoke to said i can use the card in the next hour (that was yesterday) so today i decided to go use tha card as it was activated yesterday, it declined 2 times. so i went to woolworths sunninghill were i was helped by Josiah (manager) to call head offices to find out why i cant use my card. some woman (cerdit card department) told us to hold while she is trying to check, we were on hold for 45 minutes while she was checking.until i left the store cos i was late to work.i couldnt pay for what i bought becos my card didnt work yet it was activated on the day of collection. the first stupid question this girl asked was "did you give them your fica documents" how do you collect card without fica documents??? stupid question from some1 whi sits in the head office. Josia is still trying to ressolve the stupidity of the woolworths head offices. your slogan "making a different" what different have you made cos i was embarrassed standing on line with items in trolley
