Good day I would like to report JD Group for the inconvenience cause for this past 2 months with regards to the rewrite that was suppose to take place. In Oct 2012 I lodged a complaint with regards to the Regency bedroom suite I bought. Eddie did visit my place to inspect the suite and said I must go to Russels in Pritchard Street for assistance because my file is with Tony. When I went to the branch I didn't get very good service from Tony the branch manager and most of all he doesn't know address people in a good manner. Same was referred to Eddie and did advice him on the service that was received. About a month ago I went to the branch once again with regards to the rewrite but same is not sorted to-date. I called Eddie last week with regards to this problem and when I got Russels (Prichard street) Tony once again couldn't assist me told me that they having a backlog with the branches and stock. Friday the 5 April 13 I received a call from Abram advised me that the rewrite was done and he will return a call on Saturday and I'm still waiting. Russels is wasting my time and i hope they can sort this nonsense in this week I'm tired of running after people that I get no joy from.
