Hi, I'm Cauleisha. I'm very unhappy with the service I've received @ Russels furniture store... On 29.05.2013 I bought a number of furniture items cash, incl a bedroom suite. On the day of delivery I got a call from the store manager saying that they won't b delivering my bedroom suite as it is damaged, & because the warehouse is out of stock I'll then have to wait for 2 wks. I agreed to wait, & after 2wks I didn't hear from them until I called the store, again I was told about the warehouse that doesn't have stock & that I'll have to wait longer... Today is 17.07.2013 & I'm still waiting, I'm not sure what to do now because I moved into my new home & don't have the furniture that I've bought almost two months ago... PLEASE HELP!!!
