Sportsmanwarehouse has bad clent service

I bout enabled wind breaker from Sportsmanwarehouse on the 04 Mar 2013 and when i got home, i notice that they did not remove the nob which makes bib sound as your exit the shop. Since i stay in Centurion, i went to the nearest shops to help me take it out but they refused. I then had to drive back to Sportsmanwarehouse in Woodmead and explain to the manager, Rowen the frustration i had with the windbreaker. Rowen was avoided to say it is their mistake and yet he could not say it is my mistake. His attitude towards my concern was vey bad to say the least besides that i drove almost 30 km to be help.
