I bought 2 bottles of their Active water and the one was great but the other one tasted and smelt horrible. I wrote to their customer service and after a couple of weeks I received an apology and a voucher in the mail. Much appreciated. It so good to actually receive feedback for a change, let alone taking responsibility. Nice work.
