Russels my goods and still want me to pay

Russels repossessed my goods, When I went into my local branch to query they said that they have no record of the goods being repoed, I open a query with them but they did nothing, my local store told me that I should still make payment for my good because they are still investigation what had happen.

3 Months later I had no response. I decided to phone russels to enquire about what is happening, the consultant that was handling my query did not know who I was and had to explain everything to him, 2 months later nothing happened but I still paid my russels account and kept it up to date. Finally someone got back to me, saying that there is no proof of my goods being repoed by russels, I went to my local russels branch and spoke to the credit manager, she showed me a note on their system that said "Reposses goods if possible". They have sent an investigator to my house but I have received to feedback from him. Im still paying for my goods for the past year or so but I have no resolution, All they say is that they are trying to find a resolution by replacing my goods. For a year I paid for my goods but did not have it, they do not want to reimburse me. I want a refund. NO
