We pay in good faith but receive bad service!!!

We chose the Miami suite and was assured that there was stock available. Made payment on 18/12/2013. On the 19th the manager called to say all the stock was damaged. Why couldn't she have checked this before we made payment. We visited the chatsworth branch and they assured us that there was stock. So we called bluff to follow up on our refund and they advised that there is no stock. So who do we believe? And why has our money not been refunded yet? We paid in good faith only to be left with no lounge suite. I do not have the time to keep running after these people. To make matters worse, I tried calling head office only to be transferred to 3 different people and then have the call cut on me. The service from russels has been disappointing.
