On 24 August 2013 I bought a lounge suite at Russels Polokwane for R17941.89. Elizabeth at the branch organized that I can pick up this lounge suite in George Western Cape, because I moved down to George from Polokwane. I told them I will only pick it up after middle September 2013. On Friday 20th September 2013 I drove all over George looking for this lounge suite. After an hour I came back to my office, and phone Russels in Polokwane. I spoke to Ishmael who promised to sort the problem out and phone me back. After 3 hours I phoned again and spoke to Nico Hanekom (regional Manager). He said they had problems with their system and he will make sure that they will deliver the lounge suite on Tuesday 24 September 2013. I was glad because it was a holiday and I was at home to receive the lounge suite. Needless to say, no delivery was made and not a word from anybody regarding my lounge suite. What do I need to do now. I cannot receive this lounge suite during the week, because my work is 40km from my home. Are Russells going to pay for my needless driving up and down.
