Terrible Service

On Friday the 5th April i phoned Dis-chem in the morning to place an order for 2 sets of boys Mam dummies and Baby things shampoo to be delivered. i gave all my details and confirmed delivery for the same day. i phoned again at 14:00 to see what time to expect delivery and again confirmed all the delivery information and was told it would be delivered before 18:00. no delivery arrived and no further correspondence was received. is this how customers are treated? if so its the last time im giving any business to Dis-chem after being a customer for numerous years!
