Pampers Nappies are absolutely useless

I bought two bags of pampers nappies and being pampers I presumed buying the cheaper bag we would not have any problem. "AS THIS IS PAMPERS". We bought the same nappies with my daughter, this time round I thought lets try sleep & play instead of active baby. Firstly the nappies are much harder, secondly the nappy leaked. I then called Procter & Gamble and spoke to a lady in the call centre. This was her exact response, I quote "You have to wake your child up and change the nappy every 5 hours" now if any one has had children. YOU DON'T WAKE A SLEEPING BABY. So I asked her does it stipulate that on the bag of nappies that you need to change the nappy every 5 hours. "NO". Then she told me that not nearly as good as the active baby, so I asked her so they are inferior nappies. No she replied. Now come on, They leak, they hard. All I wanted was to exchange the bag for better quality, if I had to pay in the difference i wouldn't have minded. I then asked her to get a manager to call me, that was last week. Nothing. I have since moved across to "HUGGIES" maybe I have better luck.
