I ordered two books online about two weeks ago, and was told they would be delivered no later than friday 10 May. No delivery was made. On sunday morning, 12 May 2013, I received a call saying the order would be delivered by 11:30am. My family went out to celebrate mothers day and I was to join them later.By 14;30 and after missing the celebrations, no delivery. I phoned and was told that all the workers had already gone home and my order would be delivered on monday. I asked why had nothing been delivered and was to and told that the delivery was made on saturday the 11 May but no one was home. I was home the whole day as a garden service was working on my property and no delivery van arrived at my property. I find it disgusting that I the customer am to and treated so badly. I am angry that a delivery date cannot be kept and I am angry that I missed mothers day. I was not told that no delivery would be made on Sunday 12 May and had I not phoned I would still be waiting. It is disgusting that the paying customer gets to and treated badly. Maybe AMAZON is better for my future orders! I expect a response and apology from kalahari!
