Initially I thought to just let it go. It is not worth it. I will just get a standard reply anyway. But I have to complain as I can almost guarantee that I am not the first or the last customer that will be complaining about this particular shop assistant by the name of Yvonne. Unfortunately Foschini does not have a complaints department.. I was at the Nigel Foschini earlier today where I tried on a jacket. It was the only thing I liked in the shop and saw no need to go to the fitting rooms to do this. As I took it off I heard a very angry voice "No! No! No! YOU MUST GO TO THE FITTING ROOMS! " I tried to explain that the jacket did not even have buttons and the security guard was standing less than 5 meters away from me. She was loud and aggresive. Involving other patrons in her tantrum like behaviour. Please call the Manager I asked her. "You can do it yourself" I was so upset I had to leave the shop. I returned later and explained everything to Rosleen the manageres. Rosleen apologised. She shouldn't be the one that needs to apologise. Rules I understand but Yvonne should be taught a little bit about customer service. Especially on how to approach a customer.
