Appalling customer service

Bad customer service I received from Susan at foschini Boulders in midrand. I went in yesterday she told me I can't enter with a trolley& she blocked the way for me when i tried to park the trolley so I left. I went back today hoping for a better shopping experience. I went into their unattended fitting rooms to try on jeans. When i went in for the 2nd time she came in invasively asking how many jeans I have, I showed her the 2 jeans& asked for a tag she said she doesn't have it. I asked her instead of disturbing customers in the fitting rooms why doesn't she assign a person who'll be there fulltime to count the items clients enter with, she said I mustnt tell her how to do her job. And its her right to come in& count the items I had since I had not yet undressed. She demanded to search my bag & I let her. She also said that I'm busy roaming around the store& she doesn't know what am looking for. I told her that an not happy with her service& that I would report her she said with pleasure I can report her, she told me her name with such confidence when i mentioned that i would report get. I understand the pressures of this season but I refuse to be victimized by her.
