Edgars agent frauding my account

I got a call from an Edgars agent telling me that someone was using my account in Gauteng, bear in mind i stay in Durban, note she was just calling to inform about it not to prevent it from happening. 1. why did she allow this person to purches on the account, unless they where in this together. 2. she didnt free the account until she knew what was going on.
the next day i call the contact center and a lady to me to take my id book to an Edgars near me and that she will free the account (thats how i knew the account was still working). so i did go the Edgars in BridgeCity Kwamashu.
only to find that i need a copy of my id and an affirdavit then filling in a form, now i have to do the running around and get all the info. it was so east for them to allow some to use my account and now im left with the mess.

i really angry and i want nothing do with this campany as their are very incompitant.
i want this acount canselled.
