On 9/02/2013 I wanted to purchase underwear for my daughter @Foschini Mimosa Mall. I had to ask that the sales assistant in the underwear department be called as she was not on the floor. The three cashiers made a mockery of me when I asked if my daughter could fit the underwear, the comment was how does she not know what size she wears. The manager's comment was I do not know what to say regarding the poor service. When I asked that the ites rung up be removed from my account the cashier said that she already done that.
It seems that Foschini can afford clients walking out of the store and losing purchases of a R1000 and more. What is more upsetting is that as a client with a R18 000 credit limit I closed my account and no one even asked why. It seem that Foschini employees do not know it only takes one unsatisfied client to give your business a bad name.
