I purchased a jacket which was on sale and it looked dirty and the sales assistant advised me that it is not dirty and that is the fluff and it will come out so I said fine and purchased the Jacket. I took the item back to return it and Patricia (shop assistant) left me for around 15minutes to go to the back to speak to the manager, I had to ask another shop assistant to please go and call them from the back as I need to know what is going on. The manager comes out and gives me hassles, said it looks like the jacket has been worn and I explained to her that I bought it like that. I asked to speak to the area manager, but she was not available. Zama said that she suppose to be available, this was on Sunday (01/09/2013), there was no joy. I decided to go to the Phoenix plaza branch and they gladly took the item back. Since Sunday, only yesterday (Wednesday- 04/09/2013) I received a call from the area manager (Pinky). The Manager (Zama) calls me today (Thursday 05/09/2013) to apologise, however she then say's between you and I we both know the jacket looks like its been worn!!! This is absolutely unacceptable as that was not an apology that was being sarcastic!!
