Foschini
A standing ovation deserved for Fantastic service

I don't usually shop at Foschini but after Saturday, I'm sure I will be a regular.

On Saturday morning I walked into the store confused and frustrated over an outfit I had bought and decided an hour before a friend's wedding I no longer wanted to wear. I rushed to festival mall and after running around with no luck. I walked into Foschini and was assisted by Phomolo, Lerato and Morongoe. They were very patient with me as I kept going back and forth from the floor to the fitting room and changing my mind twice before paying.

Needless to say after their awesome efforts of running to and fro the floor and fitting room. I walked out of Foschini (literally DRESSED BY FOSCHINI - matching accessories and all) looking like a million dollars and feeling like a model from a photo shoot.

Thank you Foschini for making my day and I sincerely hope that the efforts of Phomolo, Morongoe and Lerato are recognised and appreciated not only by me but by their management and store.
