WORST STORE TO PURCHASE BED GOODS

I purchased a sleigh bed unit at Teds springfield.
I also purchased a bed mattress and paid the full amount of R6500
I Phoned in on Thursday to SPRINGFIELD to determine when delivery should be made.
Instead I was given the number to do it myself to another branch.
I had advised them that delivery could be made after 2pm on Thursday.
I called the queensburgh branch to ask when delivery can be made on Friday.
They said they would call me back and let me know. After 2 hours with no phonecall i had to call in again
I called in the queensburgh branch at least 8times and 3 times at SPRINGFIELD.They advised in half and hour they would do delivery.4 Hours later and still no delivery. All the staff that work under TEDS are a bunch of liars. I have no idea how people work this way. Personally if at anytime I was unable to do delivery in my own business. I would call the customer and let them know. It is not acceptable to to customers and make them hang after confirming with them. They assured me by 4 times it was coming. I waited till 7pm, no delivery. ITS THE WEEKEND AND I HAVE NO BED TO SLEEP ON
It is also not acceptable to make a sale, take peoples money and not follow up with the service
