Unacceptable response time!

I submitted a complaint to Pick n Pay customer service. They got back to me and said they passed the complaint to management and someone will contact me. Its now 5 days later and I guess management is just to busy doing other stuff and customers can wait!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE TIME!! a Simple matter like this should have been resolved on the first day that my email was submitted.
