DELIVERY MESS

I purchased a fridge at Hi Fi Corp in Centurion for a foreign branch delivery in their Woodmead branch, I was told that delivery hours are between 10am and 4pm. Because I was going to have to come from work to open for the delivery guy I made a point of regularly calling the Woodmead branch checking on my delivery and each time I was told that the driver was busy with other deliveries and he would call me 30 minutes before coming to me. At 16:15 before I left the office I still had not received a call so I again called the store & was told that the driver is running late but still on his way. At 17:24 I then called the Centurion branch to ask for their intervention and I was told that no deliveries were going to be made as the driver had been in an accident and that they thought "I knew this already as customers were called in the morning". It boggles my mind how not a word of this was mentioned to me when I repeatedly called the Woodmead branch. I tried to call them again at 17:45 but the phone went unanswered even though the website says they close at 18:00. Can someone please let me know when I will get my fridge? I have groceries lying out in the open thanks to false promises!!
