Delivery guy robbed me.worker when i complained

I phoned Nandos Springfield for a delivery on 19/07/13 at about 8:15pm.the delivery guy came to my house with my order.he didnot have sufficient change, i trusted him as he said " i will bring your change tommorow" he never turned up.on 20/07/13 at about 8pm i called Nandos and a female worker took my call and i told her my complaint she said to me "the delivery guys are all out but i will speak to them as soon as they get back and i will call you back" she never did.
Im a regular customer of Nandos Springfield and im very unhappy and angry that they would rob and to a good customer like me.my family and i are disgusted at all of this.i can open a charge of against Nandos but i hope that they get back to me and we work a way to resolve this nonsense before i take this to court.
