On the 8 August 2013 I purchased two Restonic Gold Euro Top - Single Bed Sets after Mr Lunga Nkosi promised me that the beds will be delivered at end of the next week (16/08/2013) Order No:13513. I only bought the beds from them because of the date of delivery that was promised. Needless to say the 16 August 2013 did come and go without any delivery. After 2 emails and a phone call, he replied on The 22 August 2013 that the delivery will be only late the next week 29-30 August 2013. Still no delivery After another email to Mr Nkosi he replied that all my details are with the warehouse in Port Elizabeth and that they will contact me. I asked for a number and a contact number, but was ignored by Mr Nkosi. I then phone dial a bed's complaints line and report my situation on 29 August 2013 Ref No: 190437. They promised a response within 48 hours. Well it is now the 2 September 2013 with no beds nor feedback. I think the way Dial a bed do business is disgusting and dishonest.
