I received an email which I subscribe to detailing hot details. I then went onto the [URL Removed] website to purchase. I couldn't complete the purchase and then proceeded to call into their call centre and spoke to Wafeeqah who promptly said that surely there was a capturing error and that she would get to the bottom of this and call me back.

She called back and informed me that they will not be selling that item and will correct the price on the system and not honour any of the agreed and completed sales.

On returning to the webiste instead of an apology detailing the reason they have taken the item off they had a "sold out" sign across it.

Most companies that you shop at will provide the item at the advertised "shelf price" unless they have an brochure which details that if there is a misprint then they reserve the right to adjust their prices accordingly.

I am disappointed that even tho this was highlighted to them - I got a sorry and that's it response!!!

This is really bad Customer Service.
