Bad service directly from Manager of Woolworths

On the 17th February, 09H20, I went into Woolworths Eden Meadows to purchase a confectionary item. I then took the item to the cashier who then cashed for the item however i found that the item was not the same price as advertised. the cashier proceeded to the isle from where the item was purchased, to validate and found that this was true that the item was incorrectly advertised. She then requested that I wait to see the manager who approached me without even greeting me and introducing himself. After explaining myself again, he also then proceeded to the same isle to confirm that this was true, taking into account that i was at least 10 minutes in the store already trying to purchase just 1 item. There he found this to be true and responed and pointed out that there were two individuals that were busy with pricing and that this was caused by them. No apology for the inconvienience was given form him. I told him that i was going to further complain about this incident whereby he gladly said "you are welcome to", gave me the headoffice phone nr to do so. How do you allow a dis-satisfied customer to leave your store that easily without an apology, encouraging me to complain furth
