ITEMS SCAN AT INCORRECT PRICES

Went to Woolworths last night - Bought several items - White seedless grapes were scanned - The price on the box was R36 it however scanned R39 - Showed cashier who promptly just credited item (did not offer at correct price) - Bought two PUNNETS of Nectarines - According to the add on shelf when buying two punnets you get R10 back - This did not happen - When queried I was advised that what I took is not a PUNNET - I then proceeded to show the cashier the description on the till slip which clearly indicated PUNNET - Again the item was credited and was I not offered the item at the advertised price - Then requested to speak to manager - He listened to me, walked to the shelf with me and then promptly said OH... And started to tidy the shelf... Then requested his name but was advised that he was not going to give it to me as that would make him guilty... He was the only black man with long hair in the store - Crossings Woolworths is in need of some serious attention - Will NOT shop there again - Check your slips - Check your slips - Check your slips
