Price display

I was at Clicks Gezina and took an item to buy off the shelf, the price displaying directly underneath it being about R19. When I wanted to pay, the item scanned as R33. I told the teller there must be a mistake and what it came down to was that the merchandise was packed in the wrong place and the correct price was covered by a "Buy 3 get the cheapest free" poster. On top of that, the lady who assisted me was cheeky, saying that a customer packed the stock in the wrong place (which to me sounds like she's accusing me of being dishonest about where I found the item) and also asked where else they are supposed to put up their promotional material.
It is unacceptable that I need to go hunting for prices when I want to purchase something. The price I see displaying with the item is the price I want to pay. And its very nice you have amazing promotions but the customer does not want to go searching behind posters to find prices. I know how much money I have on me (which in this case was only a R20 note) and also how much I am willing to pay for something and want to know the price before paying.
This is not the first time this has happened eithe
