I purchased a fridge at Lewis in 2011. It stopped working in August 2012. I went to Lewis to let them know and they created a job number and promised to come. I have been following up with them but still I have had no joy. I contacted the person again today (Timothy), who said I am jumping into conclusions. I have been paying for that account monthly with no problem, now all of a sudden I am jumping into conclusions. I asked to speak to the manager, who took my details and promised to call back... still waiting for the call. August 2012 to April 2013, the fridge is still not repaired.
