Lewis consultant pops in at work for payment

My sister bought a bed set and fridge at Lewis last November and in the course of the last six months they have harassed her twice at her work place, requesting her monthly payment days before month end, even disclosing information of her contract with her colleagues and boss. At one event, she went to see the manager in store to pay a portion of her installment and to explain why she could not pay the full amount, the manager literally shouted at her in front of other customers and told her he would not accept half payments.

A lot other customers complain of this treatment from Lewis and it seems quite the trend for Lewis, consumer rights don't apply to Lewis?
