I opened an account with lewis on 10 april, purchased a 42 inch lcd and 350l fridge... the fridge had a cash back of R500 and when i went back there they told me that i don't qualify for the cash back. my things were delivered separately and late not within the 24 hours as promised. my contract was billed for a different model fridge. they gave me my cash back when i told them that i am going to hello peter. they left a bad taste in my mouth for a first time customer. the mananger (mills) that was called by the store manager (connie) refused to give the cash back and kept offering me a voucher worth of appliances. they don't value their customers and take them for granted. my fridge was delivered on the 16th and the tv on the 14th, my question is why as i bought both on the same day
