Purchase on my Name product never bought

Good Day

Last year I went in to Lewis Roodepoort to find out if I would qualify for Credit. The sales lady by the Name if Vivian qualified me for a double door fridge to the value of R10000 .There is a opening balance of on the30.08.2012.As per the delivery document and system the fridge was delivered to my house. On the30.09.2012 Lewis contacted me stating that my installment is due. The accounts department has been phoning me for installments due.
I did not sign any document or come to any agreement as I advised the sales lady I am not taking the fridge I only wanted to see if I would be able to buy at Lewis's pulled I Itc report 14.02.2013 and as per the credit report I am in arrears with Lewis store R1400 on the Itc report I am listed as a poor payer
I did not buy the fridge I did not sign any documentation.
Lewis please sort this out I want my name cleared on your credit books and my name restored on Itc Immediately.
