Callibre of staff in that store is appaulling

Honestly, I am so fedup with this store and it's staff. On Sunday, I went to purchase a 3-seater couch and after waiting for what felt like a decade for them to complete the sale - I left all my contact details (including a cousin's cell no. as an alternative no.) and physical address as required. This week my cousin tells me she has been getting calls from Mr Price Home (requesting a physical address; as Valencia said I did not leave one - utter rubbish!) and has even received a text message from them and yet no one had even tried to contact me. This morning, I decide to follow up on the text message received by my cousin and contact Valencia and the number she quotes is inaccurate! As if that isn't enough, she tells me they can't deliver my couch this weekend it'll have to be next weekend (making me wait 2 weeks for my delivery). I have a job, I am not home on weekdays and she tells me they are now fully booked now as they tried to contact me (on a number that was captured incorrectly by your staff - so how is this my problem???). I need to be there for the delivery since your Mr. Delivery will not be delivering the couch into my apartment (which is on the 3rd floor).
