Hi,
My previous complaint on the very lengthy replacement to my door rubber on my fridge was met with a pro-rata payment of some of the contents in my fridge that I lost which I appreciated. But the response I've since had to unanswered e-mails with attachments showing the manufacturing defect of my fridge quite clearly show a total lack of interest! My ongoing appreciation will be forthcoming to your immediate attention to this matter.
