Kelvinator fridge KI420BFM 2YEARS 2 MONTHS BREAKS

Bought a Kelvinator fridge from makro thinking it was a good buy as my Mom has had one for 15 years and no problems i was so wrong. 1 month of having it i had to take it back and get another one, 2 years and 2 months the rear wall in fridge compartment cracks in 2 places on the plastic this rendering in completely broken and i cant even get a straight answer from them on what needs to be done as this is a manufacturing problem, answers given ' I CANT MAKE THAT DECISION SPEAK TO A MANAGER '. Can`t get hold of manager. Thanks for your great service and me wasting my R3500. I know its 2 months over guarantee but this is BAD MANUFACTURING FROM YOUR SIDE.
