BOUGHT A GAS FRIDGE/FREEZER FOR R9600-00

Ive bought a gas fridge/freezer and it not cooling as it is suppose to. I have lost a huge amount of meat etc because of that. I phoned the company asap after there opening of buss in the new year. They told me to speak to the manufacturing company of the fridge. Witch I did. Acorrding the manufacturing company they do experience problems with that specifiec fridge and told me to take it to my nearist dealer. They will refund the company and The Gas Company must refund me. Needles to say, im still battling to get my money out of them. The Gas Company keep on passing the buck and Im sitting in Sodwana Bay without a fridge.
