New Fridge thats rubber is pulling loose

Hi,

I am disgusted in the service that I have been receiving from Russels, my grandfather bought me a defy fridge by them last year and with in the first month the shelves broke and the water dispensing bottle popped out when opening the fridge, then the rubber of the fridge started comiung loose, I went to the Brixton store to lay a complaint and spoke to Leon who made a call only then to discover that the fridge is only insured for the rubber and motor nevermind the fact that the other things broke as well, I agreed for guys from Defy to come and replace the rubber, they came four times since me laying the vomplaint each time with the wrong rubber that was in June, it is October now and I have not heard anything since, I went back to the store to speak to Leon and he told me to give him a week, that was the end of September to date nothing. I am expected to make regular payments on my grandfathers account but this is the service that is being received. Skip one payment and they fast to phone, in all honesty if they cannot replace the rubber then they need to replace the fridge or refund me so that I can buy a fridge elsewhere.
