Poor attitude, bad service and passing the buck

I purchased a Samusng fridge from hi-fi corporation in January 2012.In the last 8 months (fridge still under warranty) I have had the same fault 3 times on the fridge and it was than logged with Samsung. Samsung agreed to give me a new fridge. The fridge I have is no longer made and now they want to give me an upgrade but the upgrade is a 487lt fridge when the one I had was a 710lt lt and according to them (Samunsg and hi-fi corporation) this is the upgrade. How is this an upgrade when it is a lower capacity.
I have explained than I want a fridge with the same capacity as the one I had. They advised they can give me a fridge with a capacity as I had but I have to pay in the difference for this fridge which is absolutely ridicoulous as the problem with the inital fridge is a manufacturing fault and if they no longe rmake it how is that my problem.

The service, attitude and help I am getting is patethic as nobody wants to help me with a solution and hi-fi says its samusngs problem and samsung says it is hi-fi corportaions problem so all I am getting is the run around.

I have left messages for both companies managers to call me but have not had any joy as yet.
