I purchased a Fosil watch Sat 03/11/12, then returned it Mon 05/11/12 because it stopped working the previous day. I was very happy when it was exchanged, but no paperwork was filed because it was in perfect condition, and i didnt mind because i was just too impressed. On 21/02/13 i returned very upset, this time for the arms swinging loose, but was promised that the watch would be repaired urgently, and i would have the watch by 08/03/13. when i called, no-one had any knowledge of this, and i would have to wait for the normal waiting period. today the watch has been returned again for the same problem, where i was advised that this will only be the second repair on the watch, as it was exchanged in the beginning, even though this was my third visit to American Swiss with the watch. I then tried to call customer service (15h56), who seems to operate between 08h30 - 16h30, but do not have anyone to attend to customer concerns.
The bottom line is - i do not want a FOSIL watch anymore and will gladly pay any difference for another Brand, and i am considering closing my account (Markhams) and will gladly use the other retail stores available.
