Let down again on 24hr delivery

Just afer 9am today i placed an order for items on 24hr delivery. at 8pm this evening i see the items are still listed as "ready to pack".

i called your help desk and they informed me that "actually" your warehouse has a 48 hour turnaround time. this means that you are blatantly giving false advertising on your website. i knew this anyway, as this is something like the 4th time in a row you have let me down with your 24hr delivery promise.

this means that the items i ordered on 24hr delivery today, Thursday, will only get to me on Monday.

your competitors all manage this 24hr delivery thing no problem. how you get away with this misleading advertising and poor service is beyond me, but no doubt you will call with yet another brilliant excuse. hope it's better than the "factory flooded / staff at a party" one you used the last time.
