Bad After Sales

I initially got good service from one of their employees Chantal. After I bought my couch I noticed damage on one part. I returned it. First it took 3 weeks to get it back, and when I did get it back it was the wrong one. I sent in a black couch and got a chocolate brown one back, I was later on told that it faded while it was with the manufacturer. I am now stuck with a brown couchj, and the owners have not attended to my problem as promised.
